  • 6 slices jambon de Parme
  • 2 pieces burratas
  • 5 pieces tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic cut in half
  • 6 tablespoons pesto
  • 6 slices bread large slices
  • fresh basil
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven on broil mode.
  • Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds, then transfer to cold water.
  • Peel, seed, and dice the tomatoes.
  • Place the tomatoes in a mixing bowl and season them.
  • Cut the burrata into pieces.
  • Grill the slices of bread and rub them with the cut garlic cloves.
  • On a baking sheet, place the slices of bread, add 1 tablespoon of pesto, the tomatoes, and the slices of ham.
  • Bake in the oven for a few minutes.
  • Once out of the oven, add the burrata and some basil leaves.
