Main Ingredients
- 6 slices jambon de Parme
- 2 pieces burratas
- 5 pieces tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic cut in half
- 6 tablespoons pesto
- 6 slices bread large slices
- fresh basil
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven on broil mode.
Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds, then transfer to cold water.
Peel, seed, and dice the tomatoes.
Place the tomatoes in a mixing bowl and season them.
Cut the burrata into pieces.
Grill the slices of bread and rub them with the cut garlic cloves.
On a baking sheet, place the slices of bread, add 1 tablespoon of pesto, the tomatoes, and the slices of ham.
Bake in the oven for a few minutes.
Once out of the oven, add the burrata and some basil leaves.
