Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans corn with peppers (Mexicorn, Fiesta Corn, etc) drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (Cheddar, Colby Jack, or Mexican Blend)
  • 1.5 cups sour cream
  • 1 can tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel) drained
  • 1 can diced green chilies drained
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a large bowl.
  • Mix well and chill for at least 2 hours.
  • Serve cold with crackers, chips or veggies.

Notes

For a little kick, add 'hot' Rotel tomatoes. Add ¼ cup sliced green onions for freshness. Try adding cooked and crumbled bacon for crunch.
