Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a large bowl.
Mix well and chill for at least 2 hours.
Serve cold with crackers, chips or veggies.
Notes
For a little kick, add 'hot' Rotel tomatoes. Add ¼ cup sliced green onions for freshness. Try adding cooked and crumbled bacon for crunch.
