Cooking Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine ground turkey, ground chicken, cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, bouillon packet, red chili pepper flakes, salt and black pepper. Mix well and form medium balls. Arrange the meatballs on a plate and set aside.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the stove on medium heat and add the meatballs when the pan gets warm. Cook them until they're still slightly pink but browned on the outside.
  • Chop your onion.
  • Once the meatballs look good, place them on a plate and add butter, diced onions, and garlic. Mix until the onions look soft. Add in the drained sun-dried tomato.
  • Add vegetable broth and heavy cream, and mix.
  • Add baby spinach and mix until it wilts.
  • Return the meatballs to the pan and coat them in the heavy cream mixture. Cook until the meatballs are fully cooked.
  • Enjoy warm, or serve with a side.

Notes

For best results, drain the oil from sun-dried tomatoes and ensure meatballs are browned before adding to the sauce.
