- 2 avocados diced
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil or sunflower oil
- 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (from 1 medium lemon)
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- 1 teaspoon sea salt or ¾ teaspoon table salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
