  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
