Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Cooked lobster meat chopped into small pieces
  • 0.5 cup Celery diced finely
  • 0.33 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.75 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh chives finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper and cayenne, until smooth.
  • Add lobster, celery and chives. Gently toss or fold in the mayo mixture until well coated.
  • Serve right away, or if you have time, refrigerate for 1 hour to let the flavors develop.
